There’s a lot to like about this dress — the seaming across the bodice, the square neck with cutout details, the cap sleeves — and I of course love a sale. The dress was $348, but is now marked to $208 at Bloomingdale’s in Cherry Jam (pictured) and black. Elie Tahari Bernadette Dress
