Our daily TPS reports suggest one piece of work-appropriate attire in a range of prices.
I’ll be the first to admit: sometimes I make assumptions on clothes based on the brand. Were this dress by David Meister, for example, I’d call it a hot mama dress and only recommend it for a night on the town. But this dress is Tahari — which suggests to me that the fit and styling of this dress is going to be perfect for that day where you have to go from desk to dinner (or, say, for that company holiday party that happens right after work). Reviewers say pretty much the same — wear it with a jacket for work, without for a night out; I’d maybe suggest switching necklace and your heels as well. The dress is $128 at Nordstrom, and is available in regular and petites. Tahari Crepe Sheath Dress
